According to the "Notice on Giving Full Play to the Effectiveness of Special Account Funds for Vocational Skills Improvement Actions to Solidly Promote Vocational Skills Improvement Actions" (Black Shelf Letter [2021] No. 45), "Notice on Further Doing a Good Job in the Management of the Use and Management of Special Account Funds for Vocational Skills Improvement Actions" "(Black Society Letter [2020] No. 55), "Mudanjiang City Vocational Skills Improvement Action Fund Use and Training Management Implementation Rules" (Mu Cailian [2019] No. 8) and "On Adjustment of Mudanjiang City's 2021 Employment Key Group Training Subsidies" Standard Notice (Mu Ren She Fa [2021] No. 112) and other documents stipulate that Heilongjiang Jincheng Vocational Skills Training School Co., Ltd. will carry out 2-phase employment skills training for childcare workers from December 12, 2021 to December 24, 2021. After preliminary review, a total of 35 people are eligible for those vocational and technical schools in Heilongjiang in 2021 , and 50% of the employment skills training subsidy of 31,500.00 yuan has been allocated in advance.
