2. The application for sending additional transcripts cannot be changed or cancelled once the payment is confirmed. Please confirm that the application content is accurate before payment.

3. Candidates can log in to the personal homepage of the registration website to check the delivery status of the additional transcripts. When the additional transcripts are sent, the system will notify the candidates by email at the same time.

4. If the candidate's application for sending additional transcripts to China fails to be approved, the service fee and courier fee paid by the candidate will be returned to the candidate's NEEA account within 3 working days after the service ends. Candidates can log in to the personal homepage of the registration website to view the refund record. The balance can be used to re-register for the test or apply for other post-test services, and candidates can also apply for the balance to be returned to their bank account.

5. There are two ways to obtain additional transcripts: electronic version and paper version. Some UK universities can accept electronic transcripts. If it is mailed to a domestic address, the IELTS official will send it by EMS postal express, and the fee depends on the region (mentioned above).
