此句式同外贸中经常使用语式：

Kindly please be informed：请知悉！[请被告知！]
Will keep you updated：将尽快更新（通知）你。

同inform一样，此处Advise,被用于被动，带有点祈使、命令的语气，表示对受话者说“请你被（我）告知”,一般后面由that带着宾语从句。

可以这样理解：
请（你）被告知（以下某某事事）！
